We went to Igniss for a New Year's dinner as we really liked the menu they prepared for this occassion. The food was really tasty and nicely arranged - we had lobster ravioli, excellent pecorino sufflet & fois gras. We only tried a bite of main dishes (beef & pithiviere), because we overestimated our capacity to eat so much so late at night :) But the staff was super friendly, helpful and attentive. Simply 5star level. They packed the food to take out. The service was timely and the staff was attentive. The only thing we would suggest is quite loud music, which made all guests talk really loud - and that contributed to the place becoming very noisy.

By far the best restaurant we’ve been to in Nice. We had the dates & lamb meatballs for a starter. Mains we had Tortigilani & beef fliet. Everything paired perfect together so many flavors and comfort yet spices we’ve never tried before. Very filling portions and the cocktails were out of this world. Finished it with crème brûlée and chocolate cake. The night before we went to a Michelin star restaurant that does not even compare to the dishes we had at IGNISS. Highly highly recommend. & will be going back before the end of our trip!

Absolutely loved this place I’m solo travelling and stumbled across this place. The staff was nice enough to let me sit at the bar despite not having a reservation. She made sure I was comfortable enough and made amazing recommendations

Great place! The food is excellent, innovative and original menu yet traditional style and delicious taste. The service is exceptional and the waiters are always friendly and attentive. Tonight, while serving the waiter presented the dish in an elegant manner that complimented the great taste of the food. And the music was great to add to the atmosphere and the whole experience.

Close to Nice port and easy to find. Incredible Mediterranean dishes with amazing flavors. We tried three different appetizers, all very tasty and fresh. I had the sea bream with a side of roasted potatoes while my wife had the pasta with tomato sauce and eggplant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful dinning experience.

Such an amazing experience. The interior design is a 10/10 so are the food and service. Even at peak season in Nice Igniss manage to offer the best service and take care of the guests. The sea bream tartare was the highlight of my evening, best ever had. And the gambas were amazing too. Would fly back to Nice for the experience again

Wow, Igniss what a gem! This restaurant completely blew us away. From the second we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome ... super friendly, attentive, and just genuinely lovely. You can tell they really care about giving you a great experience. The food? Absolutely delicious. Every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully done without being over the top. But let’s talk about the dessert, the “Chocolatier.” Oh. My. Goodness. To die for. Rich, dreamy, chocolate heaven that I’m still thinking about it. If you’re in Nice, do yourself a favor and eat here. Great vibes, amazing food, and service that makes the whole night special. Can’t recommend it!

This restaurant is for the foodies. Every dish surpassed expectations. The sea bream tartare is a dance of flavour in your mouth. It encompasses sweet, spicy, sour, and salty (and arguably bitter with some of the pomegranates) in one. It may sound overwhelming, but the mélange is done so perfectly that each bite is balanced. The sea bream itself is very tender — it pulls apart effortlessly. As for texture, again, varied: there are flower petals scattered atop and around the tartare that add a graininess/dryness to the wet of the fish and citrus; the peppers add crunch and spice; the citrus has a texture of its own, of course; and the pomegranates add a slight explosion of flavour on each bite. It’s just absolutely delicious. Excellent culinary experience. The coeur de filet de boeuf / beef filet was delicious and such a tender cut that you could cut some pieces with your fork alone. Not too salty — just right — and I have no idea how they cooked it perfectly medium rare while maintaining that delicacy, but they did. Highly recommend. The ballotine de volaille / stuffed chicken was also rich, delicious. It’s interesting because the truffle and provolone are quite subtle or rather, no flavour overpowers the other. It was delicious. Truly another excellent culinary experience. Now, for the service: unbelievably attentive, caring, knowledgeable. My glass was never empty. Each plate never on our table for too long after finishing. They brought out the dishes artfully and with grace, with explanations of each. If you’re not a foodie, come here for the service alone. All around, 5 star experience, taste, food. I HIGHLY recommend. Go enjoy it. Probably the best tartare I’ve ever had in my life. Aside - they have sea salt from Ibiza that is exceptional. Real (sticky) sea salt. Added this to the bread and Lebanese olive oil. As you can see, I can keep writing on about it but truly, you should go and experience this culinary excellence for yourself. It doesn’t disappoint; it exceeds expectations. Grand merci exceptionnel
